SkinnyB meal solutions offer you and your family a variety of healthy, lite, delicious food prepared locally in our certified kitchen with the freshest ingredients possible. Our chefs realize eating healthy not only means starting with the best quality ingredients, but it is equally important that the cooking method used in preparation enhances the flavor and appearance without adding additional calories or fat.

The SkinnyB menu offers a selection of appetizers, soups, salads, entrées, sides, and even desserts.  So that you can customize and personalize your own healthy meal, all menu selections are sold in individual portions and come with complete nutritional information.

Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of pick-up or delivery to insure your items are prepared especially for you with a 5-day shelf life in your fridge.   All items come with re-heating and freezing directions.

Ordering is easy on our web site. Click on SkinnyB to view menu descriptions, pictures, prices, and nutritional labels… just complete your order and schedule your pick up or delivery. We will provide flexible pick up times from our Kitchen or arrange home delivery.

You may also call our office; we will be more than happy to assist you in placing orders and answer your questions or concerns. We will go to work for you and “ lighten your load.”
